PAWS Booth at Cocoa, Boozer, and Malone's Birthday Paw-ty

Our heartfelt thanks to the Say family (Sharon and Ed and their furkids Cocoa, Dr Dog Boozer, and Malone) for sharing their special day with PAWS and CARA. Their guests brought donations in cash and in kind for our shelter babies.

A nice message from Sharon: "..Lastly, thanks to everyone who opened their hearts and donated to PAWS and Cara Phil. These two Animal Welfare NGO's are so special to me...and I feel so happy when were able to help them any way we can. According to Anna (Paws) and Albie (Cara), they got a lot yesterday....both in kind and in cash! So to all of you, thank you thank you! I hope we all find our way of helping these two groups. Not necessarily by donating but even just by volunteering our time and effort. I hope through my parties, I'm able to encourage others to help them and recognize their need for our help."

hi beth! no story :P. he's neither rescued nor adopted. his mom rose helps us out at paws events, activites, or tv promos, when we need to bring doggies :). rocky's one of my fave dogs ever bec he's so sweet and clingy :p

Hey Liza! Was great to have PAWS in the party! You guys really made the party more special! Thanks for always being there!

Hope you can email me a list of all received donations together with the names of those who donated. Para I can personally thank them ren diba?

Awww Liza....that was very nice of you and Albie! No wonder Albie kinda went up to me asking if he could get food for some cats. I thought naman pang take home. Well, its great to know we made both dogs and cats hapy that day! ;-)

he's a BARF baby, so he's really enjoying the kibble now - sees them as treats!

the take-home for brando we gave na lang to the shelter dogs as treats, so they got a taste of your yummy cooking too :)

oh, i missed the show, but was able to watch it on vid :P

nope, no pugs at our shelter, we have mostly native dogs (aspins or Asong Pinoys :) ). most of the dogs we rescue from cruelty or neglect or are abandoned by their owners are aspins. sadly, people tend to give native dogs less value than they do purebreds. that's why our campaigns focus on uplifting the status of our native dogs, that mutts should be taken care of the same way as purebreds.

why not drop by our shelter and check out our adorable mutts? :) who knows, you might find your canine soulmate there! :D
