"It's not just about dressing up or looking good.."

Our Halloween pet costume contest is so much more than just an occasion to dress up and bond with your pets: it helps raise much-needed funds for the PAWS animal shelter.

This costume contest is for people who know that their dogs LOVE to be dressed up and those who care enough for them to make sure their pets are always comfy. =)

Calling all kids & pet guardians!

PAWS invites you to SCAREDY CATS & DOGS : YEAR 4, A Halloween Event for the Benefit of the PAWS Animal Shelter this Saturday (Oct 27) at the Eastwood Central Plaza.

Dress-up yourself and/or your pet and compete in the following categories:

CASPER'S CHOICE - cutest costume
PHANTOM'S PICK - most creative costume
CRYPTKEEPER'S CHOICE - most original costume
SCREAM OF THE CROP - scariest costume
HALIM-AW-AW / HALI-MEOW AWARD - best native pet costume
BEST GHOULISH PARTNERS - best guardian & pet tandem
MIDNIGHT SOCIETY - best group in costume
MR BOGEYMAN - best male in costume
ALL HALLOW'S EVE - best female in costume
TRANSYLVANIAN STAR - best pet in costume

Registration opens at 1pm. Program starts at 3pm.
A P150 joining fee will be charged to benefit the PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center.

There will be henna tattoo and face painting booths as well as loads of
freebies for everyone.

oh, it is! :D lots of people go, all very excited to let their pets & kids come up onstage in the cutest costumes :). last year if i remember correctly we had more than 220 costumed registrants! most people just want to take a pic of their pet/kid on the stage against the backdrop hehe. & fab prizes at stake! :)
